Each channel comes equipped with Mackie’s renowned 3-band EQ with sweepable mids, allowing for detailed tonal adjustments. Additionally, the stereo channels offer a fixed 4-band EQ, perfect for refining the mix without the need for external processors.
The mixer’s six aux sends per channel provide extensive routing flexibility, with two pre-fader sends ideal for monitoring applications, two post-fader sends for adding effects in post-production, and two aux sends switchable between pre- or post-fader to adapt to any mixing scenario.
Unique to the SR32.4 VLZ PRO is the "Air" EQ feature on the sub buses. This innovative setting enhances the high-frequency content of the audio, adding a breath of clarity and presence to vocals, guitars, and percussion, akin to a subtle exciter effect.
Practicality extends beyond its sound shaping capabilities. The mixer includes a convenient talkback section with a dedicated level control and LED indicator, along with a separate rear XLR input. Each mono channel, as well as the submix buses, are equipped with inserts and "double-bused" subs outputs, enabling easy connectivity for multi-track recording without the need for repatching.
Designed for durability, the MACKIE SR32.4 boasts "double-bused" sub outs and a built-in power supply. Balanced XLR and 1/4" main outputs, along with an additional mono XLR out with its own level control, ensure versatile connectivity for various audio environments.
