The Allen & Heath ZED-22FX offers superior flexibility and performance for live sound and recording environments. It features 16 mono mic/line channels with top-quality 100mm long-throw faders and a highly precise 3-band EQ with sweepable mids, which will bring out the nuances in any performance. Each channel comes with its own dedicated 100Hz high-pass filter to eliminate unwanted low-frequency noise and an insert point for external processing.
This mixer also boasts 3 dual stereo inputs for accommodating additional instruments or playback devices, each with its own set of 100mm long-throw faders and a more straightforward 2-band equalisation, perfect for integrating keyboards or sound modules seamlessly into your mix.
Audio effects are handled by its sophisticated 16 preset digital FX processor, designed to enhance your mixes with effects such as reverb and delay. Five of these presets include a tap tempo function, allowing for a dynamic live performance tailored to your music's tempo. The ZED-22FX’s internal effects engine delivers studio-quality modulation effects that can be easily accessed in a live setting.
For ultimate control over your mix, the ZED-22FX offers 4 auxiliary sends. Two of these are configurable as pre-fade, which is ideal for monitor mixes, while the other two are post-fade, perfect for adding effects.
