Introducing the Allen & Heath ZED-420 Live Sound Mixer, an exceptional tool tailored for professionals in live sound environments, including concerts, theatres, and houses of worship. This robust console features 16 channels, each with smooth, long-throw faders that ensure precise control over sound adjustments. The mixer is equipped with a 4-band EQ with two swept mids, allowing for detailed tonal shaping and optimal sound clarity.
Each channel includes six auxiliary sends divided into two pre, two post, and two selectable pre/post, offering superb flexibility for external effects routing and monitor mixes. Additionally, there are four subgroups with dedicated outputs, ensuring efficient group mixing and simplified handling.
Key functionalities extend to direct outputs on every mono channel, enhancing connectivity and recording capabilities. Furthermore, the main outputs comprise left, right, and mono mix outputs, coupled with individual channel 48V phantom power, essential for accommodating condenser microphones.
