The KW181 is powered by a dual 1000 watt Class D power module, further augmented for peak performance scenarios up to 2000 watts, ensuring it can handle the most intense sound sessions. Its comprehensive frequency response ranges from 38 Hz to 124 Hz at -6 dB, extending down to 34 Hz at -10 dB, thereby capturing the deepest tones with clarity and precision. Moreover, the system’s maximum sound pressure level reaches an impressive 135 dB peak, filling large spaces with powerful bass.
The unit comes equipped with an array of sophisticated controls and indicators such as Power, Gain, and a selectable Low-Frequency (LF) mode. Operational parameters are easily monitored through clearly visible LED indicators for Power, Signal, Standby, and Limit conditions. Connectivity is facilitated through dual balanced female XLR/¼" line level inputs and male XLR full range line level outputs, along with remote gain control and a locking IEC power connector.
