The KW181 is powered by a QSC engineered 1000 Watt Class D power module, ensuring high output capable of meeting the demands of any live performance or event atmosphere, be it a wedding, child's party, adult gathering, or senior celebration. It is engineered to deliver exceptional sound clarity and volume, redefining expectations for a product in its class.
Advanced signal processing technology enriches the audio experience. Features like Intrinsic Correction™ technology utilise spatially-averaged measurements to refine the sound across the frequency bandwidth, ensuring consistent performance across the sound field. Additional functionalities like DEEP™ and excursion limiting technologies provide enhanced low-frequency response without compromising signal quality. The integral GuardRail™ protection safeguards the amplifier from destructive clipping, maintaining clean audio output and reliability.
The connectivity of the KW181 is flexible, featuring a four-position mic/line gain switch, combo XLR and 1/4" TRS inputs, providing compatibility with a variety of devices. It allows for mixing of up to three audio sources internally, with provisions for 'daisy-chaining' to facilitate broader setups.
Operational control is simplified through onboard switches that offer preset EQ settings. The LF switch can toggle between NORM and DEEP™ for bespoke bass extension, while the LED switch provides visibility controls suitable for any environment.
