The bi-directional aluminum pole connects seamlessly to the subwoofer using a secure magnetic lock, while the column array is gravity-held to the sub pole, facilitating quick and intuitive assembly. Internal routing of the signal to the components ensures a clean and streamlined setup.
The column array, comprising eight 3.5″ neodymium drivers, works in harmony with the subwoofer to deliver up to 127 dB SPL. These drivers, paired with custom-designed waveguides, offer 120° horizontal and 40° asymmetrical (down-facing) vertical coverage, ensuring that sound is evenly distributed to both sitting and standing audiences. The entire system is conveniently packaged, with the sub pole and column array fitting into a carrying bag for easy transport.
One of the standout features of the EVOLVE 50 is the Electro-Voice QuickSmart Mobile application, which utilizes Bluetooth® Low Energy (BTLE) technology. This allows for wireless configuration, control, and monitoring of up to six EVOLVE 50 systems simultaneously. High-resolution Bluetooth® audio streaming is also available, providing seamless wireless music playback for various applications. The QuickSmartDSP offers best-in-class processing with an intuitive single-knob user interface and LCD, making setup and control straightforward.
