This comprehensive package comes with everything needed to make your event a success, including a pre-programmed lighting controller with six party settings, specific gender reveal settings for a boy or a girl, and a gender-neutral purple setting to keep the suspense right until the final reveal. Additionally, it includes a powerful RCF 12″ 1400W speaker and an audio mixer to ensure the highest sound clarity, along with a wired microphone—perfect for any speeches and announcements.
To streamline your experience, our team manages the complete assembly and disassembly of the equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly without any hassle. The setup process will begin 1.5 hours before the guests arrive, allowing the equipment to blend seamlessly into your event’s atmosphere as guests gather, with ambient music and lighting to set the tone.
Furthermore, our light and sound specialists are committed to maintaining the secrecy of the reveal. We handle all details confidentially, ensuring that the reveal is a surprise to you and your guests.
For optimal viewing pleasure, we recommend positioning the light display against a flat surface approximately 4 metres in length. Should your venue not have an appropriate backdrop, our Drape Package is available to create the perfect setting.
